Gus The Camel 😃

I achieved a milestone today.

I broke under 24 minutes at the Bahia Gus 5k in Apopka today at 23:40!

To some, it may not be much, but to me, it is a gigantic achievement.

7 months ago, I could not do a 15-minute mile. Today, I averaged 7:41 for 3 miles.

The mind is way more powerful than the body. If your mind smells victory, your body really has no choice but to hang on......even if it has to spill a little beer and cheetos!! 😛

I approach every single day with a sense of gratefulness that is so huge that it can not be explained. I am blessed beyond my wildest dreams.
