Update 8.19.24

Well, results are in on the latest petscan.

Here is a quick update. I will post more later. 

The results were not very good.  Please see image.

Summary:

Ok, here it is in a nutshell. I merge both scan reports into one single image, attached.  A,B,C are the same active spots in my lung area and are labeled as so on reports.

"A" -- Bad, but not the end of the world. Has doubled in size to 10mm and SUV score is now 11.5 from 2.3. Still hope.

"B" -- Super bad. SUV score is 95 from 4.2!!  Increased size from 7mm to 14mm. Big trouble here!

"C" -- Better. Lowered SUV score from 21 to 11.5 and has not grown and remains at 15mm. "C" is the best news.

Moving forward:

 1 - Get 3rd biopsy next week, especially on "B" spot that is glowing 95.

2 - Next move is depending on if biopsy. comes back benign...

3 - If benign, do nothing for 30 days and. then scan again to see if grown.

4 - If not benign, start chemo and. immunotherapy asap.

5 - Depending on after biopsy, possible. surgery, to remove as much as possible.

That's it. I'm officially back on the rollarcoaster again.  Hopefully, the next results that I get will show everything benign.  

It looks like my doctors were correct on not taking two different benign results and calling it a day.  They say one more, by a lung surgeon specialist, will be the one they will have to accept.  I cannot blame them for being cautious.

As for now, I'm still ticking and fighting to stay here a little longer.  That evil devil is a tough freak, but I will never surrender to him.  I have God on my side!

I am still active and working, just a little bit less with all the Dr appts.  To all my irrigation clients, I thank you from my heart for your support and patience. 🙏
