Wahoooo! I just ran a 10k after work in 51:46!! Not blazing fast, but a strong 8:20 pace for 6.2 miles! I will take it. š
It is hard to believe just a few months ago, I could not run a 5k in under 31 minutes.
I truly am blessed to have another shot at running....and at life!
Before I was hit with the darkness, I was always doing something and getting into various adventures.....now, I have stepped it up two fold! Ha!
Motorcycle riding on Saturday. 5k race downtown Orlando on Sunday morning, then off to hang out with SuperNurse!
Shoot, the weekend is going to go by very quickly. š
