Just following my Dr's orders 😁

I am smiling ear to ear. 😁. Making sure I'm following my Doctor's orders when he said "I want you to run and race", I went out and raced the Dunedin Midnight 10K last night.

I have never been so happy in my life!

It was brutally humid and hot, running over the causeway to Honeymoon Island, but that almost full moon shining down on my sweaty body brought tears to my eyes with so much happiness. ❤️😊

I was not fast by any means, but I beat last year's time by :90 seconds. Ha.

I slapped them evil little demons that have invaded my body and slammed them into the asphalt. 💥💥

God could not resist either by allowing me to win my Age Group too. Like a little icing on the cake against this evil. Ha, go figure that one! 🙏😊💥

I am as happy now as a pig in slop! (That's pretty happy) 😁

Don't forget to let your worries go and to live each day like it's your last..... because one day you will be right!
